Memorable visits
Normandy Chronicles aims to help you discover the history of Normandy through a range of diverse experiences. Our offering, primarily focused on the D-Day landings of June 6, 1944, and the Battle of Normandy, is entirely customizable and adapts to your preferences. Don’t hesitate to share your interests and the places you’d like to explore during your stay: we’ll design a personalized itinerary tailored to your expectations.
Normandy, a vibrant and welcoming region, is also renowned for its rich local products. To awaken your senses, Normandy Chronicles has partnered with three passionate cider producers who will share their expertise and offer you tastings of their work.
If your time is limited, our “2-Hour Discovery” packages will meet your need to focus on the essentials. Conversely, if you wish to deepen your knowledge, our private tours, half-day or full-day, will offer you a complete immersion.
Look forward to meeting you to share one of our tours.
Your certified guide
Originally from the Manche region, my name is Louis-Vigor, and I will be your guide for an immersive journey into the heart of Normandy’s history, exploring its iconic and memorial sites linked to the D-Day landings of June 6, 1944, and the Battle of Normandy.
With a background combining history and public engagement, and a lifelong passion for the Second World War, I invite you to (re)discover this pivotal period by visiting both essential landmarks and more secluded sites. Together, we will explore the key events of the summer of 1944, and I will add a more personal dimension to our visits by discussing the lives of civilians and soldiers during the Liberation, drawing on my extensive research on the subject.
I invite you to join me on the roads of Normandy for a half-day or a full day, depending on your preference, for a journey that brings history to life.
